Payment

We accept payment in US dollars only. We will then instruct you how to make payment for the rest of the amount.

The deposit for all bookings must be paid at least 3 months before the actual tour date. Payment should be by bank transfer or cash on arrival only. When making a wire transfer, you must instruct your bank that all the bank charges at both ends are charged to you.

In some cases where the bank transfer cannot be made, we accept cash too. Following is the conditions for the cash payment. 

*** Please make sure to bring the new 100 or 50 US$ notes. We accept US Dollar only.
*** We do not accept old or torn notes, notes with markings or faded faces, and notes starts with CB or AB series

Cancellations

If you request to cancel your tour, contact us directly by email.  The following charges will be applied as compensation.              

 

If the tour is cancelled 90 days prior to the commencement date, loss of deposit paid
If the tour is cancelled 60 days prior to the commencement date, 30% of the total payment is to be charged
If the tour is cancelled 30 days prior to the commencement date, 50% of the total payment is to be charged
If the tour is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the commencement date, 100% of the total payment is to be charged
 

 

Refund

If it becomes necessary that we have to cancel a tour, under many circumstances, then all deposits and other payments will be refunded in full.

Insurance

Travel insurance is very important and we insist that you obtain insurance cover against the usual risks associated with travels, from the time of tour reservation until the time you get back home. We recommend that your insurance should at least cover accident, evacuation, medial and expensive optical/field equipment.

Our agency, Wildbird Adventure Travels & Tours does not offer insurance.

Passports and Visa Requirements

It is very important that all clients must be in possession of a valid passport. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months. Visa is required to enter the country. It is your own responsibility to ensure that your visa and passport requirements are met. We accept no responsibility for your failure to comply with these regulations. Should you require any assistance in applying visa, please contact us. We will then send you the endorsement letter.
